TIMBER PICKET FENCE
Here is our recent fence build in Camden. Built with 140 pickets and painted red and white to match the existing porch railing. With the house being built on a slight sloping lot we decided it will be best to have the top rail continue level across the whole fence while the bottom steps with the land creating a pleasing visual.
The heat was very intense but created a great painting condition. 3 coats in 2 days and we were ready to unveil it to the owners and neighbours who were very interested in the whole build process. Everyone was very impressed by the speed and quality of our work and we even got asked if we could build a pergola for the neighbours so keep an eye out for that.
WINDOW TO DOOR CONVERSION
This lovely couple located in the heart of Leumeah wanted to open a new passage way to connect the living area to the large scale deck making the flow of the house more seamless.
We began this project by inspecting the structural integrity of the roof load before removing the existing window to eliminate risk of sagging.
With the window removed we framed the opening to the correct size for the new sliding door from our good friends at Stegbar. Once the door was installed and level we installed weather boards around the exterior to give it the finish look.
The client also wanted a step to reduce the drop from inside to out which was no problem at all.
Both us and the clients were thrilled with the end results.
ENTRANCE DOOR INSTALLATION
This wonderful addition is extremely practical and stylish allowing the clients to access the garage from inside the house which has made their lives so much easier.
We began this project by marking out the location of the door and identifying nearby services. Once disconnected we began cutting the shape of our door and packing/ levelling to suit the selected door.
The clients have gone with a solid entrance door with frosted glass for privacy. We hung the door with four hinges to take the weight.
Modern style handle to complete the look and architrave installed around the door to bring this project to life.
